Hi guys just getting ready to order my QS8's tomorrow. I'm thinking about getting the stands with them as I live in an apartment and I am not sure about finding studs in convenient places. What are your guys' opinions on the FMS for the QS8's? They are a little spendy but I think they will be a good investment and if I ever get a different place I can always sell them.
As far as explaining my placement I thought I could best explain it with a quick and dirty paint drawing I made.
Below is the picture of my setup now with the blue squares as the fronts and sub, and the reds as the future surround placement. The sliding door is preventing me from orienting everything the long way in the livingroom.
How far out should the surrounds be from the back wall since there will be a driver facing toward the wall? I know this is not ideal but it's the only space I have and I'm just trying to make it work the best I can.
