We get a lot of people from the North Eastern US in the Summer or at least, we used to. The strong Canadian dollar seems to be discouraging a lot of US tourists this year. Numbers are way down according to the guy running the campground just up the road from me.
I do have to admit, most of them are great people once they realize we are actually just legitimately friendly and not out to steal their wallets. The coastal New England states visitors seem especially friendly but I think that is because our cultures are very similar. As for you Californians, we are afraid your going to steal our wallets!!!
