I never heard neither but I understand why you are biased if you can get them for the same price. My guess is that the Polks should be fairly available to listen to from retailers so you could give them an audition. Even better if the retailer as a return policy of X amount of time no questions asked, I would buy them, buy the M3s and return whichever you don't want. If the Polks are local, it shouldn't be a problem, and the return shipping for the M3s shouldn't be that high (you can contact Axiom for an exact pricing)
