It's certainly not likely to be a saleable image, but the whole "we basically own it and can do whatever we want now, Mwah-Ha-Ha-Ha" attitude always bugs me. (OK, I added the evil laugh)

Why not just say "Hey, post them here, but be aware that others might grab them off the net and we're not responsible".
