I don't want to sound preachy as I can be just as guilty as most for bad eating/postponing exercise but dieting without exercise is often not successful and results in short term loss at best. Have you managed to break away from that awesome HT setup you have there lately to go with the diet change? I know I didn't kayak for I don't know how many weeks after I got my new gear setup and it started to show.
