Personally, I'd get the two EP500's. But, I love spending other people's money.

Have you HEARD an EP800?

Point being, it's pretty easy to spout manufacturer hyperbole, and to just rely on measurements for subs. My listening experience has been that the DSP and low distortion of the Axiom subs is often overlooked.
