Unless you're Caucasian (middle-upper class definitely helps) and have some on you to share. That combo works with any form of "law enforcement" more often than not.

I remember the first time I witnessed a pot transaction between a grower and buyer. I was around 15 years old. The grower was my cousin, and the client was a cop.
