Hoping phase one of converting our garage may begin soon. Been clearing it out and prepping walls for insulation/drywall. We want to move our computers our there and use the 2nd bedroom as an actual second bedroom.
Glad to finally be doing this, as it's something I've wanted to do since we bought the place.
Sad part is adding home theater to the garage is phase 3 and god knows when I'll ever get there! (phase 2 will be new flooring and replacing the laundry sink)
To keep this semi on topic...when phase 3 does happen, it'll be with an UHD projector! I'd I'll finally get another pair of M60's!
