Well, it's official, as of Wednesday, Roger and I will be home owners! We had the final walk-through this afternoon.

We need to replace the heater and add an air conditioner to the place. Anyone know how/where I can find a good (reliable) contractor for this? Are there good message boards for Home Improvement stuff?

PS - we also need to find someone to give us estimates on some flooring work. (Refinish some hardwood, and add hardwood up a flight of stairs.)
