Very nice! I personally really prefer the "credenza" style of storage and presentation to the "big wall of wood". It seems less imposing - gives the seating area more room to breathe or something. And I REALLY like the wall-mounted center channel. That is clean clean clean.
After you get some stands, you should be able to fit a 61" DLP on that bench, no problem
One thing that helped me in a similar situation was to paint the wall behind the TV a darker (accent) color. God knows, I'm not one to create more home improvement projects (they are self-perpetuating in my family), but I was surprised how much difference I perceived. Just a thought.
