2x6spds connoisseur Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 3,749 Likes: 37 CA, USA	The only time my speakers popped (with my Onkyo 797) was while the devil wind (the Santa Ana) was blowing. Got shocked from everything I touched. Speakers were popping. Intune is correct, I believe. Static electricity is the culprit. Enjoy the Music. Trust your ears. Laugh at Folks Who Claim to Know it All.
