Axiom Home Page Forums General Discussion Home Theater New QS Stands?

I note Axiom now has "better" stands for the QS-8 speakers. As I'm in the process of wiring up my future living room, these are looking very attractive.

I've discovered they may not be able to easily wire my walls due to the composition, and the ceiling is concrete and thus out of the question as well.

I was all excited until I realize they're only 2" taller than teh previous cheaper stands....they're still only 3' off the ground, which is pretty low, even when someone is sitting down on a couch.

Plus at $300+ they're pretty expensive.

Any comments?
