 Upgrade to Axiom

Hi all. My system is currently Polks. RTi8 fronts, CSi5 centre, FXi3 surround powered by Denon 3805. I have been thinking about going with Axiom. M60ti or M80ti fronts, VP150 centre and QS8 surround.
Would the Axiom be considered an upgradge? I know they are more efficient, but the centre and surrounds are 6ohm and if I go with M80's it 4ohm(I could add Outlaw m-blocks).

imo they seem pretty equal, probably cost around the same if im not mistaken.. the qs-8's would definatly be an upgrade as they are the best surround speaker ive ever heard, you could just buy the axioms and decide for yourself, if ur not happy just take advantage of the 30day return policy and send em back

IMO it would be significant upgrade., but you would need to form your own opinion.
The 3805 should have NO problems driving anything Axiom has to offer.

I also think you would see an overall improvement in quality and sound. The Denon has no problems driving combination of 4, 6, and 8ohm at the same time.

You still have the Polks right? Definitely, QS8 are an upgrade, you will probably need to order the fronts only (two M60s or even better 2 M80s), have them home for 30 days, to compare with your current system. Best way to know if there is a significant upgrade.
