I work in the customer service industry so I think it ois important to occasionally acknowledge the help that we seek......To all people here who have really made owning this product even more enjoyable than it is on its own, a big thanks.I listened to several speakers in all the big retail outlets, and after stumbling on to this site I bought these speakers, based on reviews and comparisons by the people here. Is that weird or what? But my faith was rewarded with a great product. And I continue to learn off this board.I feel totally comfortable throwing out a question that I don't know, and I never feel that I will get chastised or goofed on for how inane it seems. I have pm'ed people almost endlessly( you know who you are lol) and have ALWAYS received a quick, friendly, and helpful response. I am grateful. And lastly this company whose service and knowhow is second to none. Thanks, I'm done!

Heck man, most of us took the same path. We read reviews, talked to the fine folks on this forum, ignored the biased crap on AVS, took the plunge, purchased Axiom's sight unseen, and never looked back.

izub well said, I think you just echoed what most of us on this board feel. I was sold because of the pride in ownership that the people here share, and also in how the folks on this board never feel the need to put down another companies products, but will do what they can to help you make an informed decision that is right for you.
And yes the service is second to none

Heck, we have even been known to say nice things about Bose products...
... well, SOME Bose products
"They're very... um.... small".

Lol good one. I ended giving my little speakers away, didn't want to risk my 100% feedback on E-bay

I enjoyed the BOSE when I was young. When I grew up I got "real toys". The BOSE is still in use. Somebody had to have those teeny-weeny speakers.
Members of this board have helped each other and enjoyed doing it!

Here, here.
That was and still is exactly my experience with Axiom and the Axiom community.
Company, products and community of this quality are rare indeed ... and all three put together in one package? Nearly unheard of.
My first experience with Axiom was to call their toll free number about my room and what I should buy. The guy talked to me for about an hour and was pretty much pointing me to the M22s for my mains. He could of easily steered me to more expensive M60tis, but he didn't.
I felt like I was talking to an old friend who happened to work for Axiom. No pressure, no false pretense. Never trying to sell me at any point in the conversation. Never putting down the competition even though it came up in coversation.
Ironically, the one thing that always sells me with a saleman is them not trying to sell me.
I still can't believe I bought a $900 pair of speakers (yeah I didn't take the M22 advise ) without ever listening to them. I'm also not going to take the EP350 advise either. Saving for the EP500.
