It's 4:27 long, but stay with it. A thing of beauty.

Thanks, Peter I should have mentioned having your speakers on.

Ain't it a kick! It was sent by one of my old DJ buddies, and when I first clicked on it, I thought "Big deal. Another juggler. " But once I caught on to what he was doing, I found it pretty amazing. Glad you guys did too.

I found myself wondering how many hours it took him to get a four and a half minute juggling routine down that pat. I loved his face in the last 30 seconds or so, when the lyric is "and in the end, the love you make......." You could see that he knew he had nailed it, was in the home stretch, and was genuinely enjoying himself. Just BEEYOUTEEFULL!

I wonder if he won the competition.

If he didn't I would love to see the winning video.

Juggling is really one of those amazing feats that makes you stop and say "wow, this has no rationale in the real world"... but it's amazing nonetheless.

That is pretty awesome Jack, thanks for sharing. I can juggle 3 balls fairly well, but that guy is in a league all by himself.

Great song as well.

My wife is a better shot. She has, in point of fact, killed the wabbit.

On another note, are you guys going to send out CDs? Be sure to include a return address...

Yeah, I found myself responding to the music. I haven't heard the beatles in a long time, and it was terrific hearing the end of Abbey Road again. In fact, since I awakened this morning, the whole damned thing has been looping through my mind. "Boy, you're gona carry that weight, carry that weight a long time....."

That is amazing. Best juggler I've ever seen. For inspiration, maybe I'll try putting on "Carry That Weight/The End" next time I juggle... my finances

Half the time it looked like he was going to drop the balls, but, man, that was cool.

Yeah, and if you could have seen Ringo Starr playing drums on that track, it would have looked like he was going to drop the drumsticks.

Apparently, jugglers are a touchy bunch. One guy is pissed that this Chris Bliss guy is getting his video forwarded all over the internet with his 'remarkably simple routine.' So he created a film of himself replicating the act, only using 5 balls instead of 3, and throwing in some extra moves.

Wow!

No argument. That guy did a much more difficult and complicated routine than Bliss, and is probably a better juggler.

BUT, I'm a musician, and the thing that knocked me out about Bliss' routine was how well it matched (represented) the music. IMHO, with a few notable exceptions, this looked more like juggling with music in the background, than a routine that represented the feeling of the music. The difficulty inherent in the juggling of 5 balls prevented the match-ups to the music that I found so interesting and creative in Bliss' routine. IMHO, Bliss was more entertaining, while this guy was inarguably the better juggler.

Also, the "sour grapes" aspect of this guy's video, right down to using the soundtrack from Bliss' video, rather than doing his own, puts me off. He's been on an internet tirade since the Bliss video received so much attention. I've found his relentless, contemptuous criticism of Bliss, and unabashed self promotion, to be offensive. YMMV

Aah, the highly contentious world of juggling.

I thought the P word was banned here.

As for the juggling...only watched the first one so far, but since I do a little juggling myself, I really enjoy seeing it done well, knowing how difficult some of those things are to pull off. I've made it up to four balls, but certainly can't pull off a lot of the tricks he does with 3, let alone the guy doing 5.
