Hey, you can always put the patient in the chair and take the couch yourself. Although, it might be a little embarrassing for the patient to hear you snoring while exposing some deep seated neurosis.

LOL, that happened to a colleague of mine the other day (falling asleep in session). All he could do was chuckle sheepishly and apologize...
