It's not bad being at work. A coworker brought in donuts. A friend and former coworker is taking me out to lunch. Tonight, my family has "something" planned, not sure what that is all about yet, but I *need* to leave work early for it, so the day will go fast.

Thanks again everyone for the birthday wishes. On Friday, I left work a little early, went home, was given permission to "kick back and relax" for a little bit. Then I got to open some presents (biggy was two VERY close tickets for the Blue Man Group in concert in a couple of months). Very cool.
Then they took me out for some great food.
Then Saturday, I spent all day playing paintball with the paintball team I am one {url=http://www.teamelitepaintball.com]Team Elite Paintball[/url]
That is always fun.
Today, I finished out my birthday weekend with a day at the Iowa State Fair. One of the opt things to do in the US each year, and I live less than 10 minutes away. It was a fun day, but I am tired, and sunburnt.
