I have B&W CNT7s as my mains and was looking into surrounds to complete my system. I have heard good things about the QS8s and was wondering if anyone knows if they are a good sound match or not. I know it's not ideal to mix and match, but was wondering what you guys felt here. Thanks.

I'm not having any luck finding the CNT7 either on the Bowers & Wilkins site or on the internet in general. Is there a different model # that we might be able to look up ?

John, either am I?
I would say for HT movie surround effects, it is not as important that the surrounds or rear surrounds match the mains. However, for music listening this could make a difference.
In general, it is important that your center channel speaker match your left/right mains.
Again, I'm not familiar with this model of B&W speaker?

Sorry, my mains are the CDM 7NT's and are a discontinued model, now replaced by the 704s. My center is the HTM7 which is matched to the 704s as I added this after the CDM series was discontinued. I will be using the surrounds for both music and HT. Thanks.
