Axiom Home Page Forums General Discussion Advice from Axiom Owners stacking mains on dual subs?

Anyone ever tried stacking their mains on top of dual subs? seems like it would look cool but don't know how they would react with each other. The sub would probably need to be shielded(anyone know?). If it did work it seems like a good option for narrow rooms.

I think it work well with M22s or other bookshelf models but with floorstanders it would put the tweeters and everything else a little too high.

I guess I should have kept the Pb12-nsd just to try out this idea.

I have seen many floorstanders beside dual(L,R) front subs, though.

I could always stand up to watch movies!

just build a riser!

That would have to be a huge riser for floorstanders on top of a sub.
