Hutzal's VaSSallo Rosewood HG M80s

Hey all,

My new babies have arrived, and they look absolutely gorgeous.

There are a couple minor defects, I know the speakers can't be perfect, but when paying this much I expected them to be.

The major defect is on the back of one of the M80s so its all good. The other one has to do with a seam not being fully blended on a corner with the other piece of veneer.

They sound pretty amazing, and look even better!

I will continue to piece my system together little by little, here's to hoping for QS8s by next year!

-Robb.

Now when did Axom get the idea for speaker slip covers?
I wonder if they've been talking to my wife:

They really are a class act, I am amazed actually, I didn't think they would make a new one...it just costs alot of money, shipping, return shipping etc.

Good news for everyone else, get ready for a Factory outlet pair of Rosewood HG M80 towers!!!

With a cover like that, Axiom's towers look like E.T. (at least the top of the head).
So instead of beaing THX compliant, they are Spielberd compliant! \:\)

The slip covers come with all VaSSallo series speakers. Gotta protect that real wood!

I doubt they will go to the FO(stock finishes in the FO). I seem to remember long ago the question being asked "What happens to returns" and it was stated they are sold to family, friends or dismantled, IIRC. I guess they could end up on E-Bay as used speakers.

I moreso meant the owners club...bad wording.

Hutzal - I'm glad to hear Axiom took care of you (not that I had any doubt). It's nice to see them standing behind their business again and again.

Those arn't just just speakers . . . they are works of art!!!

Axiom's record of customer support is one of the reasons why I took a chance on spending thousands of $$$ on speakers I've never even heard or scene in real life.
