Just got my QS8s from the Outlet and the brackets don't fit - the mounts on the QS8s seem to be 1/16 to 1/8" too close together for the bracket to slide on. There is virtually no 'play' in the how the brackets fit into the mounts so I don't know what to do. So far Axiom has not been able to help. Anyone else have this problem?

The only issue I had was a small bolt on the back of the QS8's kept the speaker from getting flush with the bracket. I removed that bolt, and they slid right on without a problem.
A friend of mine had the same exact issue.

Not sure, I think it's a mounting point for a wall mounting kit (not the supplied Axiom bracket though). Sorry that didn't help. Sounds like the clips on the back of your QS8's may have been mounted incorrectly at the factory.

is going to send me the old individual brackets - so alignment won't be a problem.
