I think what Axiom is squeezing out of their 12" is exceptional. Now This is a big(er) sub: Dual 15" high excursion drivers in an 8 cf sealed cabinet. The nearly $3,000 price for a sub with a 400 watt amplifier seems laughable.

I know not everyone here likes emotiva(I do ) but their soon to be released dual 12" sealed subs with 1000+ watts and unmatched Equalization might be great. Just the fact that their are two subs give you more options for placement to smooth out response--- vs one single monster.
