That sounds interesting. I'll have to check it out.

I'm reading Ghosts/Aliens by Trey Hamburger. Yeah, that's my level of reading. I never really progressed after junior high.

Okay, right now I'm reading "Old Tin Sorrows" by Glen Cook. It's from a series of books known as The Garrett Files. Think pulp detective stories mixed with fantasy (swords and goblins and such). Yeah, it's a weird mix, but I totally love it.
See, Charles, you're not the only one that reads "different" type books. This one is out of print and I had to order it through Amazon from a used seller.

That sounds pretty cool. I really need to make more time to read so I can know what all of you are talking about. I guess I should get a library card, too.

Just be one of those creepy people that hang out all day at Barnes and Noble reading a fresh book off the shelf.

I read that one a bunch of years ago (before Oprah was into it) and found it quite amazing, one of the few novels I was absolutely thrilled to have read, sort of like the movies each year you can count on one hand that are most pivotal in keeping alive the excitement with cinema.
I got the nice Oprahized version (better printing and cover) for my wife last Christmas (?) but I don't think she ever read it.

Superman Doomsday.
Now I have to go back and read the previous series. I read the Death of Superman years ago.
