Was wondering if the algonquin needed to be placed in a sheltered place such as the eve of the house or will they stand up to being exposed to the weather? thanks for the advice!

Hi Beginner, Wherever you would like . Saything that if I were setting up a pair I would try to find a somewhat sheltered area just so they are not directly exposed to the elements. What type of climate do you live in? Cheers!

The Algonquins should stand up to that climate with no problems.

You will get some bass reinforcement under the eave, which is generally a good thing for outdoor placement. And while they will stand up to the elements well, protecting them from the constant battle can't help but extend their useful life.
