Impressive setup!

Wall mounting the M22s will improve that mid-bass as well!

That's interesting. I thought putting the port that close to the wall would choke the bass? I guess if you corner a sub it get's deeper, so why wouldn't the same be true of a bookshelf? Cool, thanks for the heads up.

Middle Atlantic is the best. They are the only ones I know of that offer the laser cutting. Makes all the difference in my opinion. That is one of my favorite parts of this setup. Still need to build a media server to put in it however.

You do need to leave several inches for the port to "breathe", but you'll get some mid bass by what's commonly called the "boundary effect"...

Awesome, glad to hear it. I used to have a Logitech Z-5500 5.1 setup, with the Klipsch Prologics before that. This current setup blows them both away... well worth it.

Tell your friend that if he plays games and decides to go this route, he'll need 3 mini-jack to RCA cables run to his receiver for audio. One for fronts, one for rears and one for sub/center. The EAX 5.0 audio positioning that most games use does not support a digital interface. My setup does utilize both analog and digital, so I can use my sound card's (X-Fi Titanium) DTS setting for general PC use, HD programming and any movies (typically use my blu-ray player)... but I switch to analog for all my games. Just FYI.

That has to be one of the slickest workstations I have ever seen!! How do you span the screen on three monitors?
