Saw Big Man Japan recently. It had great reviews and I was open to watching a foreign film. Eh, too slow for me.

Just finished the International on BR. Not good IMHO. The story got too complex (and unnecessarily so) and Clive Owen's character was too wimpy for me.

Avoid this one guys. At least, wait until it's out on DVD and you can do other more exciting things while it's playing; taxes, balancing your checkbook, etc.

Hey. No fair bringing Facebook into the Axiom lounge. ;\)

Reading a new car owner's manual is one of my favorite things to do. I read them cover-to-cover. And yes, already done with the new one. ;\)

Especially if it's a Porsche Turbo, Ferrari 430 or Lambo owner's manual \:D

OK, I've seen a few mentions here of Sunny in Philadelphia. Has anyone caught the live show that's on tour?

We're trying to get tix for the SF show (soldout).

Hands in the air for Day Man, Fighter of the Night Man!!!

I was working on more Solty Rei yesterday. The story has certainly picked up. They've made some bold moves, but I'd still say the writing isn't up to the ambition. It'll all come down to how the conclusion is pulled off, I think.

But even with just a little more than a disc left of that, tonight I got the third season of Friday Night Lights, so I switched gears and started working on that. I'm still liking it a lot, and it's nice to see Kim Dickens in something again.

I wasn't even aware there was one. Good luck with the tickets!

I finished up season 3 of Friday Night Lights. Pretty good. It really is a well-written show.

Brendan Benson performed well on Letterman. And I like Patton Oswalt, too. I don't care for Christina Applegate in movies, but she seems nice enough in interviews. Not particularly interesting, but at least I don't have to hate her.
