Hulk Vs on BR from Netflix. The Wolverine was better, I thought, than Thor.

I must say that even though my plasma is only 480p (early generation Panny), animation in BR is stunning. Granted I've calibrated my display w/ in an inch of it's life, which helps.

I just got back from District 9. It was pretty good, but hard to watch, and overall just not the feeling I like to get from a movie.

Watched about 8 more episodes of Fullmetal Alchemist. Really liking it. So far just the right blend of everything. I especially like the multi-episode serial nature of this series which makes watching it in bite size pieces more enjoyable sort of like the old “Doctor Who.”

Hey, I'm glad you're liking it. I think I'm almost to the point of re-watching that series.

Dark City. I can see why The Matrix was compared to it. It was okay, but I couldn't totally get into it. The production was too hokey for me.

I really didn't like that movie. I was expecting a lot more, but like you, nothing resonated with me. The acting was good, but the story didn't go anywhere or do anything. I'm not familiar with F. Sott Fitzgerald's short story, but am interested to read it to find out where he was going with it, because the movie sure didn't.

In the Line of Fire. I love Clint Eastwood, like Rene Russo, and never really cared for John Malkovich. I hadn't seen the movie since it first came out on video. I just thought it was okay then. I think I like it even less now. It could have been better with better direction. One thing I really hated was the music. It was way too cheesy and just seemed to weaken everything. Then I saw it was by Ennio Morricone, and I felt sad.

Ha...I watched this today for the first time. I thought it was really odd, flat and lifeless.

The Matrix was exciting, kept my interest, and had many wow moments.
