I finally watched my copy of Samsara last night. Like Baraka, it's a stunning collection of images from around the world. You really feel like a stranger in a strange land when you take in some of these glimpses of culture, and it connects the dots in some unsettling ways when you see what goes into the products that feed our own culture. It's another good one to see.

Sharon has taken up Revenge on Netflix. At first I dismissed it but it's kind of fun to see the imaginative ways the main hotty character totally destroys someone's life every episode.

Watched the second chapter of House Of Cards last night. Liking Kevin Spacey as an actor.

Watched "At World's End" Saturday evening.

Normally I don't like movies with crude humor, but this one was an exceptionally good one.

Vuelta a Espana. I like watching the pros punish themselves.

Caught up on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and The League. I watched the most recent episode of Breaking Bad two more times. Can't wait for the final two episodes.

Earlier in the week I watched the available episodes of Quick Draw on Hulu. I had just finished watching the three seasons of 10 Items or Less after my friend recommended it. While not in the top tier, there's some pretty funny stuff in it by the end. I started watching Quick Draw right after, not even realizing it was made by two of the creators of 10 Items or Less, one of them being the star of both. John Lehr. I do like him.

Excited about the new season of The Mindy Project, too. It's off to a good start.

OK, who else will admit to watching "Archer?"

Remember when you thought The Simpson's was crazy edgy for a cartoon, then South Park came along, then you thought they couldn't push the limits much more than Family Guy, then it all just kind of became normal and it pretty much lost it's edge.... Well, now you can feel guilty every time you laugh again.

Some clips for the gullible uninitiated. DEFINFATELY NSFW..... Unless you work with Bob.

Funny... I'll have to put it into my TiVo. Hmmmm, looks like I'll have to delete videos of my crushes!
