Based upon your above likes, I would suggest checking out (if you haven't already) John Mulaney. Current young SNL writer, his album "The Top Part" is really good. Paul F. Tompkins is another great stand-up comedian. His bit on peanut brittle is stomach pain inducingly funny. Thanks for the suggestions! I'll have to remember to check them out.

I always enjoyed Tim Conway when he played the old guy on the CB Show, or Dorf on Golf.

The Carol Burnett show was my favorite for a long time. Many happy childhood memories around her/them/it.
