He has the best of excuses, actually. We'd be ribbing him constantly if not for that.

Can't we rib him constantly anyways?

Rib him while you still can (see his ribs). He says his metabolism is finally slowing down.

Amie and others knowledgeable -
Several of us are craft beer aficionados, so would appreciate any guidance you have about where to enjoy a delicious draft pint in/around Dwight.
Any general information you have about local craft breweries would be wonderful.
If there are no good opportunities for a pint at a pub, does the local packie (am I using that right?) have a good selection, or should we get provisions at a larger purveyor closer to TO?
Many thanks!

"Good opportunities" raises the bar much higher than it needs to be! ANY opportunity is a good thing to fill a basic need. Google Maps indicates that "The Bush Company Bar & Grill" is within shouting (and crawling) distance of the Axiom factory and the Lumina.

Jack & I just spoke to Amie and made reservations at the Lumina. BTW - she indicates that the Bush Company Bar & Grill has good food and is a nice place.
Anyhow, she told us there are only 6 rooms in the main lodge, but there are several cabins. Jack & I opted for a 2 bedroom cabin with separate bedrooms (AND separate containers for us to be able to soak our teeth overnight).
I mention this in the event you are traveling in groups or plan on seeing someone there you know and wouldn't mind buddy-ing up. For example, I know that Tom, Pete & JP are coming in together.
If you decide to do the cabin with separate bedroom thing and let Amie (the secretary) know, it would make things a bit easier for the "coming by themselves" folks to get at the single rooms.
I hope SOMEONE is bringing an empty cooler. Ya know, just on the off chance there may be beer around that needs to be kept cold.

Well, Ray, I nominate YOU to bring the coolers.

Been on here for years but I don't know how to contact Amie. Do I call or email (what's her email)?
Thanks guys
