There is an ep600 on ebay for sale
Currently 100 bucks what do you guys think?

I think it's going to get a lot more expensive.

I'm sure it will go much higher than $100 bucks. Seems like a legit deal and they guy is hard up for cash based on description. It won't have a warranty anymore, but might be worth the chance.

What would be a good deal on this sub how much is it worth used

Hard to say. Whatever people are willing to pay for it? I would check if it has the latest amp upgrades and if it has had any problems in the past.

if you look at his other auctions, he has a Krell HTS 7.1 processor, thats an 8,000$ processor new, about 2500$ used or so...


kind of interesting, i haven't seen much axiom stuff on the used market.. i guess most of us just keep them forever. or used the upgrade policy that axiom use to have... That's how i got my vp-180....

Would be interesting to see what others think a 2 year old ep-600 is worth...

You also have to add the $150 shipping that Axiom throws in for free (plus you get the warranty buying from Axiom). I would think it will go for about $700-800.

I bet they have the option to pull the sub from auction if the bid's fall short or what the seller deems an acceptable offer. If your buying anything from flee bay set a limit for yourself and don't deviate from it. Good chance you'll be sucked into a bidding war with the sellers because often they have numerous accounts and try to extract every penny outta you.

If it stays below 1/3 of the price of a new ep600 I think you get a great deal. That being said, I'd prefer to save up and pick an ep800 out of the auction site if one ever shows up.

However, for the cost of an ep800 They might be better off just scrapping the cabinet and putting a new cabinet together for the full $ ?

I have had some trouble with ebay in the past. Usually sellers agree to give a full refund if you ship it back minus the shipping cost which in something that big is significant ($150 x 2). That risk should be considered when buying anything from ebay.

Saw that add too yesterday. Still at 100.00 I asked what his reserve is, no answer yet.
must be on bad times, given not every avg Joe can afford a $2000 sub and a $8000 pre/pro.

I was messaging this guy and everything sounded good . Has 100% feedback .. He even said I could pick it up and he would demo it for me. Apparently the krell pre amp crossed over at 60 hz makes the ep shine. I Just don't know what it's going to go for. Still only at 150 bucks.. I have a ep125 budget not an ep600 lol but it would be nice .. Nice guy to he apparently built his own speakers based on m80s sent me an unfinished pic custom crossovers look amazing. But only one titanium tweeter.. He sounded like an axiom fan for shure just my 2 cents lol

Would love to hear m80s powered by bryston amps and krell pre with denon top of the line player and ep600.. Bet he's sad to see everything go, I would be.

I used to drive through Omemee on the way up to the family cottage. There was this one awesome hill on a back road outside of town that would get your stomach like a roller coaster. Seriously scared myself on the bike 1st time I did it on 2 wheels. Not saying it was safe, but sure was fun back in the day!

Take Hwy 7 east towards Peterbourgh you'll drive right thru it...we travel through Omemee in the summer months visiting relatives on Lake Chemong. Beautiful countryside...I'd sell it all to live up there...

If you are considering buying it I would ask if it's been repaired.

I bought an Axiom 5.1 set up from him a year or so ago (M80's, QS8's, VP150 and a EP350 sub), went to his house and auditioned them - he was quite friendly. At the time he had an Axiom sub he was sending back for repair - I can't say for sure it was this one but it came to mind when I saw the ad.
