I think that was the first day it was rumored that Bob might be joining the forum.

I remember there was a large, out-of-control crowd that got a little out of control when he didn't show. On the other side of the coin, the street vendors had good food and eventually, once the extra PortaJohns were brought in, people relaxed a bit.
