I had a friend - haven't seen in years....one of his favorite sayings is "There's only two types of pets....Dogs...and Targets...." just sayin.

I'm thinking about taking a stab at repair myself. I haven't got much of a response from most of the furniture repair places I have contacted so far. I was looking at the black epoxy stick on this page: http://www.mohawk-finishing.com/catalog_browse.asp?ictNbr=113I'm thinking if I carefully fill the gouge with this stuff and then maybe do some little grey paint streaks using some artists paint and a toothpick or something I can fix the speaker. Probably out of luck on the ep500 corner but I could try to build it back up.
