I've been eyeing the new vp160 as a replacement center for my current m2v3(that I love, but I always want more) However I noticed that HGC is not on the website anymore. Was it discontinued?

YES , but I believe you can call them and see if they can still make you one. I believe they have some stock but nothing new coming in.

If it's true, I'am disapointed I ordered real wood cherry HG sample last year and i was amazed, My plant is to get a pair of M60 of M80 of this wood/finish combo.

I now have to order real wood Cherry. I wonder what stain that HG was in I think it looked like nutmeg.

Axiom USED to offer a premium VINYL high gloss cherry. It cost more than the standard finish, but less than the real wood finishes.

I believe you can still get whatever you want in the real wood, although there is a very hefty premium for the piano finish.

Yes I was referring to vinyl. I purchased my setup during the hgc at regular price sale.

Carl, as Tom pointed out, the real wood semi-gloss cherry finishes are still available.
