It has been a while. Whatcha been up to? You know, the usual. Getting sister into a nursing home, dealing with the death of my brother, trying to find his lost son. Brain, I'm so sorry to hear of your family situations. I hope you can keep your own things together under the gravity of it all. A few, old "B" Sci-fi flixs can't hurt. Hope you enjoy them.

Brian, sorry to hear of the family problems that you're experiencing. Hope that you're able to get some enjoyment out of those Sci-Fi Classics.

Thanks guys. A lot of things going on at the same time in my life makes for a stressful time. Been this way almost all year, only getting worse lately.

Yes, but the product seems effective. I mean, look how happy the cats are at the end. You can't even tell they've got the tampons in.

Today, I finally got the last piece of the new computer I'm building, the 1000 Watt power supply. Don't have the 6 monitors and stand yet, but at least I'll have the box with new keyboard and mouse.
Can't wait to finish setting it up this weekend and trying it out. Went with a mini case that takes mini MB, but full sized components of everything else. i5 processor, and a video card with 6 mini USB ports, 16 meg mem, 256 gig SSD, and a 16x BD writer.
Should make an excellent stock market trading station. Overkill actually.
For $297 a quarter (now $497 for new members), the Jason Bond Picks dot com site can't be beat. Lots of good training and a chat room that has audio with a successful day trader. My account was up 14% today just on an overnight gapper suggestion that the day trader suggested. I'm hoping on continued success with this setup. (Sorry, didn't mean to make this look like a sales pitch, just wanted to express my thoughts for today.)

Sounds like a great machine Cat. You didn't give part numbers so I'm wondering, what in the world is a 1000W power supply for?
I can't talk, my gaming rig has a 900 watt but that was to support a pair of SLI linked, power hogging 3-d cards at the time.

It's mostly just to insure the video card for 6 monitors will have power to spare. VisionTek AMD Radion HD7870 Eyefinity 6 ED Graphic Card 900548 System Requirements: 500W (or greater) power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector recommended 600W power supply (or greater) with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connectors recommended for AMD CrossFire™ technology.
