Up until about 8 years ago I owned a pair of 3ti way back when they only cost about $200 a pair. They had the most transparent midrange of any speaker I've ever owned.
Are the M3v3 a major improvement over the 3ti? Do they have the amazing midrange of the 3ti?
Thanks

Hi Ponz,
I believe it was $275 a pair for M3s in the distant past when the Canadian dollar was well below parity with the US dollar. We have made a lot of improvements to the M3 over the years. The woofer, tweeter, and crossover have been through a few redesigns, there are T-nuts and bolts in place of the wood screws, magnetic grilles, and a plethora of other little improvements. We would never give up that smooth midrange that makes the M3 such a great loudspeaker though.
