My reactions when I saw your M80Ti's on the back cover of HT Buyer's Guide were:

1> WOW, BEAUTIFUL SPEAKER.

2> Who is Axiom?

3> With 2 Ti tweeters each, they must be overly bright, even shrill sounding?

How do you control that from happening? Especially after adding the VP150 and QS8's, that's 10 Ti tweeters!! I can't wait to actually hear them, but my initial thought is TINNY, TINNY, TINNY. How do you 'tame' all those tweeters?

The added tweeters to the M80s are for both keeping up with the efficiency of the rest of the drivers in the M80s and to allow the M80s to remain very clean at high volume. The number of tweeters does not affect the brightness of the performance since the speaker is designed through the x-over to have perfect balance over the entire frequency range.
