I read about a sighted wine test where there was a white with food dye in it, and it was described as a red.

I read about a sighted wine test where there was a white with food dye in it, and it was described as a red. I saw that too. Was some show/documentary on tv some time ago. I've done blind wine tastings. Those are just as fun as the blind audio auditions. Doubly fun is doing them together, though i recommend starting the audio run BEFORE you get too much into the wine run.
