I own an EP-350 Sub. My receiver has a single line level subwoofer out. The sub however has a right and left channel line level in. I am using a single RCA cable into the left channel on the sub. Do I need a "Y" cable to connect to the sub? Does it matter if I only use one channel on the back of the sub?

Thanks!

There is no need for a Y connector. Using either the left or right input will work for a mono RCA input.
