Get yourself a free account at this free image host:
www.photobucket.com
Resize and upload your images to the host.
Then use the information in the FAQ to link the image to your post.
Presto...Images-R-Us.

I think you need a close url at the end of that... it bleeds otherwise. You should end the link with [ /url ] (no spaces).
