Can the VP150 be ported & tuned to/lower than the M22Ti? If so, I'd consider buying one, instead of a M22Ti as a center.

I have my doubts but why exactly would you want to lower the center channel anyway?

Yeah, tuning down is interesting. A center channels job is specifically to deliver crystal clear dialog. Adding bass can't help with that. What's behind the request?

Ray - thought I recognized the name... I had a conversation with this guy a while back, finally found it, figured by the "everything's got to dip lower" comment, it might be him.

He's the same guy Peter, Craig and I had a bit of a head scratching session with here.

Not to poke a finger in the eye or rehash old arguments, but that thread should explain the question.

Indeed.
The question returns again.
Explain it once, explain it twice then .....head scratch once....shake head once, head scratch twice...then....we shake it all around and do the hokey pokey and turn yourself around.....

I just received this in an unrelated email yesterday..seemed appropriate.

"With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment,
It is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which
almost went un-noticed last week.
Larry LaPrise, the man who wrote \"The Hokey Pokey\", died peacefully
at age 93.
The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the
coffin.
They put his left leg in. Then the trouble started.....
