That's true on my PC, but my Mac stuff is made in Malaysia and Taiwan.

Oh well.. just got a reply from the axiom sales ppl.. yups.. confirmed that the drivers are manufactured at their plant in china... the rest is assembled in Canada.
Oh well.. will go ahead with my purchase with the M60s based on reviews... I know this sounds bad, but oh well... i do know it's the Qlty control that matters and such.. but the only monitors that have lasted >5 yrs without a replacement with or without warrenties, are my Mackies which are 100% in the US,together with my Cerwin subs. Other than that, the Hsus, A.Research, just to name a few, have all died or been replaced at least once within 5 years.. i guess it's just me and the way i use them.

I work mainly in the sound engine line, and generally, the active ones (mostly mackies) lasted longer than the passive (misc china made ones under big companies) ones.. surprisingly... hmmm

I think it's to do with my studio's amps... running really high... sigh.. oh well... looking forward to my m60s nonetheless...

trev2401, I assume you're palapala as well and I think you will LOVE the M60s, they're wonderful speakers and I hope you enjoy them as much as we all do. :-)
By the way, what upper links are you going to use and how many watts are you going to feed them?
