How do you have all those speakers hooked up? Surely you can't be driving them all at the same time can you?

Jag, I haven't had problems with the M80ti to the side of the couch in fact when I play DVD-A and SACD they have the same life and fidelity as the front M80ti. When listining to the sound from movies there not usually that much sound except for ambient sound and sound effects.

MCondanti, I usually run them all at the same time on my Denon 3803 Amp Thats a total of (9) Axioms speakers plus the Subwoofer. The Amp handles it with now problem even though four of the speakers are 4 ohm. When listining to stereo I usually use pure direct mode on the Denon using my two front M80ti and the SVS subwoofer.

So what do you have each speaker hooked up as? I knew the 3803 could have two sets of side surrounds, but I thought only one pair could be turned on at a time... (Or do you have the side QS8 and M80 wired in series?)

Great setup... I can't believe you have 4 M8O'S... I have the same receiver and I thought about getting the M80'S, but I went with the M60's for fronts. My 2900 will arrive on Friday and I hope it is an improvement over my 910.
Anyways
Great theater!

The Denon is a 7.1 Channel Amp. I have the Side Qs8 set to channel (A) and the Side M80ti set to channel (B) they can all be played at the same time or you can choose any combination. A lot of the time I listen to DVD-A and SACD and usually listen with the M80ti in the rear which a on channel (B) so that includes Front Left & Right M80ti VP150 and Side Left & Right M80ti.

Doesn't the M80 takes some room at rear and side to breath in order for it to reach its full protential? I know my M60s do. They need at least 1 ft at the back and 2 feet from the wall on the side.

Anyway, your room is packed like an axiom warehouse

My rear M80ti are angled with 24 in. off the back wall in the front and have a slight blockage to the rear but do have available air space to the rear of 4 feet on both speakers. Some people say the M80ti are unforgiveable to place but I have never had a problem mine sound fantastic where ever I have placed them.
