Axiom M80 with Denon 3805 any Feedback

Hi i took the plunge last night and ordered M80 Q8 and VP150 now the sales guy at axiom told me that DENON 3805 would drive the M80 but not good at Refrence level he suggested that i get a two channel amp with that so i am worried so need more info please

Try it out and see if you like it. If not, you've got two choices--send back the M80s and get M60s, or get a 2 channel amp!
Oh yeah, reference level is LOUD.

buckcrazy, generally you should post in a single place for each subject. That way the subject matter can be covered more effectively

I have a 110 WPC Sony DA4ES which drives my 7.1 system, including a pair of M80's, very nicely. OTOH, I never turn the volume up to reference level, although I do play it loud when watching movies.

i have a Denon 1602 (a measily 70wpc into 8phm) driving the M80, QS8's and VP150. it's loud enough for my room size.
a 3805 should be just perfect unless you have a very large room or cathedral ceilings

Sorry to post all over but it did three things one it came out with the opinon of experts like Allan and second it came out with the experiences of owners that are already using the M80 with Denon and thirdly it eased out my nerves and i am a lot comfortable with my purchase now spending 4 Gs on anything can be unnerving and in audio there is so many different directions that one can take thanks to all
