M22 for large orchestral

Hi Ian. I've just gotten a pair of M22s. They appear broken in, and the sound is startlingly clean and the soundstaging is wonderful. I'm trying to replace a pair of Spendor S100s, that were quite musical but not nearly as revealing. My question is: are these the best choice for my listening choices, which are mainly large orchestral classical Cds? Perhaps I'm just getting used to the better balanced tone of the M22s. I'm also using a Subwoofer (Brand: Sunfire).
Thanks for your advice.

You have a good combination for your listening preferences. If you have a medium or larger room you may want to try going up to the M80s.
