They must be close to releasing the computer speakers, and the 2 channel bookshelf amp.
We have not had any updates recently, and requests for updates have gone unanswered, this must mean that the debut of these products are imminent!!
I am not able to add a poll to this for whatever reason, but I am curious as to who is buying what from these new products?
Are you going to get any of the following?
1. The Audiobyte computer system (I think rumored to be around $350?)
2. The 2 channel 120 watts/channel bookshelf amp (approx $250).
I am getting the bookshelf amp for sure, I will pre-order it if I have an option. What about you guys?

Where's the 120 WPC you quote on the "bookshelf" amp come from? That seems more like a conventional 2 channel amp, to me.
Not to mention the prices...

I have cited comments from Ian too many times to search the thread again, I think its on the computer speaker update thread.
the $250 price point for the amp comes from Ian himself, I pm'd him to inquire of the approx price, he cited "around" $250.

Ah, OK, thanks!
OK, found the relevant bits. I'd forgotten that stuff (obviously). One thing to note: Ian said the sub would be $190 on top of that $350 for the sats. I'm not sure how many sats you get for that $350 price, though.

I might be interested by the computer system. A few of my friends are waiting (after listening to my system) to see how could they are for their big gaming world (War of Worldcraft or something like that).

World of Warcraft It is THE biggest online game in the world right now...I don't play it because I know I would sacrifice my life, I know many who have lost girlfriends, jobs, etc to play that game.

Eh, as long as you're not playing it every day, in every spare moment, you're not doing too bad.
Aw crap.

Or have it as wallpaper on every computer in your department! I might have 2 employees who are not nuts, but no more.

When I get my Audiobyte's I'll let you guys know what they can do. Currently my "computer speakers" are a set of M80's... So they have quite large shoes to try and fill
