No idea how much for HD dvd rentals as I don't rent many dvds but with this development I think I will have to investigate.

two blockbusters in my area both rend HD (blu and HD DVD), they rent for the normal going rate of all new releases. (5 bucks or something)

Hmmm....I may have to get an HD player after all. Do they have a bigger selection of one format over another?

my regular blockbuster used to have about 1.2 sections for HD DVD, and 2 for bluray, since transformers was released, it is now 2 and 2.
