The M5 bookshelves needed 15 dB of bass attenuation in my 1920 cu ft living room. In my 4200 cu ft space, I could have lived without XT32 "correction" but they sounded better with Audyssey on. The M5OW in my living room need about 5 to 10 dB of bass attenuation for mid to loud listening depending on the tune.
Listen to them for a few weeks without correction. They can take 30 hours to break in. |
