I have lots of Axiom speakers and love them. But, some have two tweeters, some have one. I wonder what is the design/engineering thoughts behind this. Love to see an Andrew video on this. Are the signals sent to each tweeter the same? Very curious.

David Gilmour's live at Pomeii is shining through these M100s and M80 on walls as I write this, we love them and i'm pretty sure my neighbors do too!

Mojo gives the best answers. I appreciate the in depth response. One thing i've found comparing speakers is that Axiom is the very best at louder levels. I do understand the two tweeters now. As an avid boater it's why a 150 HP outboard would work fine but everyone wants the 300 HP.

My M100's are hooked up to my pre/pro setup, nothing else. I have several other great towers, SVS ultras, B&W 702s, but I love the M100's because you can crank them up without any distortion, when watching a movie they blow your socks off in dynamic scenes. hear a great song, turn it up. I get it now. It just took a minute. It's just extra horse power, it's fun to have in your pocket, even if you don't use it all the time.
