the dvd/cd player, but as it was playing, she put a cd into the slot that the cd player was playing (in exchange mode). Now the tray will not open. Any thoughts. Its an integra dpc 8.5. Ugh.

Got it. Unplugged it and it kicked it out......

My girlfriend did the same thing with mine. I'm still amazed that she actually got the disk in the slot, considering how hard she had to work at doing that. Fortunately, Integra must have thought about this and took care of us guys with overly ambitious disk loading helpers.
